Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Tiger ELD (“Tiger ELD”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our electronic logging device (ELD) services, the Fleet Manager portal, our website and our mobile application (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, company name, email address, phone number and login credentials.
- Fleet and compliance data — driver Hours of Service logs, duty status, DVIRs, IFTA mileage and vehicle unit details.
- Device and telematics data — GPS location, speed, odometer, engine diagnostics and fuel level streamed from the ELD.
- Payment information — billing details processed securely through our payment provider.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, device type, browser and IP address.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and maintain the Services and keep you FMCSA compliant.
- Record Hours of Service, generate logs, DVIRs and IFTA reports.
- Display real-time vehicle location and fleet analytics in the Fleet Manager portal.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions and provide customer support.
- Send service updates, security alerts and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting, payment processing and mapping providers), with regulators and law enforcement when required by law (including FMCSA roadside inspections and DOT audits), and with parties you direct us to share with, such as brokers or shippers when you use live location sharing.
5. Data Retention
We retain Hours of Service and related compliance records for the periods required by FMCSA regulations, and other information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our legal obligations. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
6. Data Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing messages. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond in line with applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business use by commercial drivers and fleets and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
